Don't know if this is connected to my previous question about being unable to login to bt email. After refreshing Firefox, left click on a link opens it in same tab instead of separate tab. In options, Open links in tabs instead of new windows and When you open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately are both checked. This is happening on my pc and laptop. I know I can centre wheel click or right click and open in new tab but why has behavior of years stopped working. I am fast losing faith in Firefox.

When I open a file from Mac OS Finder in Firefox, the file always opens in a new window. I have `browser.link.open_newwindow.override.external` set to 3. I've also tried setting it to -1, with `browser.link.open_newwindow` set to 3. Is there anything else I should try to get this working?

Whenever I load a website, there is a brief left-to-right blue streak across the tab when that website loads. I would prefer to not have this, it's not matchy with anything else on my desktop and I find the animation distracting.

It doesn't seem to be connected to any of my add-ons. I'm using the Firefox Light theme. Is this just a theme thing, and I should get a different one? Or is there a way to get this to stop.I checked about:config and past forum discussions and didn't see anything obvious. Thank you!
