Hi,

We have an application where we do not want to share the session cookies between tabs. Is this possible? If above answer is yes, next we would like to filter out some cookies by name that should not be shared across tabs. Meaning, we want some cookies that can be shared across tabs and some should not be shared.

Currently, I use Firefox version: 116.0.2 or v117.0 on Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS.

I encountered a phenomenon like this:

• When I logged in to the application, in the tab I was working on, the Firefox session memory was lost (don't open new tabs)

Steps: 1. Login to the application 2. Operate on the screen 3. Navigate to other URLs, but still on this tab 4. Session storage was lost

What is the cause of this phenomenon? How can I fix it?

Sooo I had tens of tabs open, with intention to keep them - I couldn't find an option to save all of them, so decided to update the app, just in case FF caught up with some functionalities I've seen in my other browsers - bookmarking all tabs, namely.

After I've updated, all my open tabs are gone and "recently closed" is empty. There's no way to have the tabs back.

I don't expect there's a way to solve this problem, but I'm posting it here just in case, and at the same time marking my segue to Safari.

Any website that uses OscillatorNode and other similar features has the audio generated devolve into a crackly mess after only a second or two.

Thunderbird - Problem

My email address is: finnvebirk@webspeed.dk (alias: evab@webspeed.dk ) I have used Thunderbird email for many years. I have archive folders with more than 50 folders and sub-folders. Overall, I have several thousand emails in my archive folders.

After I wanted to create a sub-folder and move it to another location, the following has happened: All my folders and sub-folders are mixed together and arranged in a changed order. All emails in my archive folders and sub-folders have disappeared - all folders are completely empty. I think maybe a folder called 'Local folders' has disappeared. It is no longer possible to move emails from the Inbox to the empty folders. NOTE: Inbox, Sent and Trash still works.

Question-1: What happened ? What can I do ? Can I recover all my emails in the archive folders ?

Question-2: Can I restore my Thunderbird mail system as it was, e.g. 2 weeks ago ?

Question-3: As an emergency plan (if all my emails are lost !): Can I reset Thunderbird without deleting mails in Inbox, Sent and Trash ? If Yes – How do I do that ?

There is no way to create a recurring task in Thunderbird - it seems like they are simply not supported. I've set the synchronization with my Google tasks but when trying to finish the recurring task through TB the synchronization error appears like I've updated the task on the server. Are there any plans to support recurring tasks?

Whenever I use Firefox the UI image elements will become oversized making everything squished. I have provided pictures of the incorrect display and what it looks like on my default browser fir reference.

On the Firefox Android app, after closing few tabs, exiting the application and re-entering the application, the closed tabs reappears as if they weren't closed at all. I found this is a well known bug and there are few open threads on bugzilla on this topic. Someone said that's related to a corruption of the closed tabs' json file.

PS. It's difficult to share a screenshot, probably a video is more explanatory

I'm with BT and recently changed my password with them. Presumably as a direct result I can still receive emails through Thunderbird but can't send them (though both work fine if I use BT's own web service).

Initially I was getting 'timed out' responses but I've been running through some of the previously suggested fixes and am now at the point where I'm trying to enter the password (to login to BT server) and it's not being recognised.

All of the primary account settings seem okay, so I'm running out of ideas that aren't beyond my limited level! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can’t find a password I just saved onto Firefox in Passwords . When I search for the site in Passwords it says there is no matching login and provides no password.

Help me synch all passwords from Firefox on my MS Surface Pro to my new iphone 15promax. It was synching just fine with my iphone 13 but with new phone I am lost. I have selected the option to Sync passwords but it is not working.

I'm wondering if anyone can shed light on this.... I'm using the very latest version of Firefox 124.0.2 (64bit) And recently having a problem when video chatting on facebook when chatting I can't see the "Cam" Icon to call up. Yet on Crome all is good.

When I turn off the windows animations in Windows 10 the font on Twitter.com changes somewhat. I believe it is altering the character spacing/scaling.

I have not had this behavior on other browsers (Brave, Edge, Chrome & OperaGX tested). I have not noticed this on other websites, but I also haven't really looked.

This is not a critical issue for me, but I think it's worth mentioning

When i try and accept an e-transfer using Firefox, I'm getting an error message "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information". I've always been able to accept e-tranfers in the past.

Today I tried to look up a previous email that I'd filed in a subfolder, but the folder displayed no emails. If I click on the subfolder above it, it shows me the number of emails and displays the list of emails. Then when I click on the subfolder I want, it displays the name and number of emails for the previous subfolder I looked at.

I tried troubleshoot mode, but still no luck, and the folder is gray instead of yellow like all the others.

I'm using Thunderbird 115.9.0 (32 bit), Windows 11 Home 64-bit.

I've been using Thunderbird for years and have never had this problem before.

Hoping someone will have some advice!
