I got a bill for Mozilla on my PayPal. PayPal says it’s an auto billing. I didn’t sign up for anything like that from Mozilla. If I want a Mozilla service, I’d like to be asked to sign up again or to continue. I don’t wanna be on any kind of auto billing of any sort. I never intended to do that!! Please explain..

I have v138.1 and tab groups are not working. When I try and put one over another to create a group, it just sides away. I read this feature would be available on v137 and up after 5/6/25🤷🏼‍♂️

I am unable to access any government of Canada web pages from my iPad using Firefox latest iOS version. I can access from my iPhone, using Firefox with the exact same configurations, as well as my Mac computer using Firefox. I am able use Safari on the iPad to access the domain Canada.ca. No other domains I have visited have an issue. The page immediately returns “The Network Connection Was Lost” Try Again page. only when using Firefox only on my iPad. I have tried using different DNS settings, weakening/increasing privacy settings all to no avail.

This seems very random and strange to me

I just heard the disheartening news that Mozilla just removed its long-standing promise to never sell peoples’ data…and inserted language giving themselves worldwide license to use the information entered in Firefox. Where can I find these new terms? How did I miss this?

What is the point of using Mozilla now, why bother?

I can X one of them closed, but they both come back when I close a website after viewing. Is there something I can do in settings to fix this? It's a recent thing that I must have changed accidentally. Thank you.

The Firefox browser I was using failed to back up the synchronization data of the domestic version due to negligence in reinstalling the new version. Whenever I’m in a tab where I searched something and I click the three dots the app crashes and closes making it impossible to save bookmarks and etc when having a tab open. But when I’m on the home page it works fine. This is only a problem on my iPad since I first installed the app. My iPad is on the newest iOS update and so is Firefox, also have the latest iPad.

I try to add DuckDuckGo as a my search engine on my iPhone but I only get the error message: “please fill in all the fields correctly”

What am I doing wrong?

When scrolling on iOS, websites are jumping up and down whenever address bar appears. On some websites it isn’t a big issue (cnn.com), on some it is really annoying (Audi.pl). It makes it really hard to browse. See the video:

Please make the iOS app background changeable back to dark. It looks terrible with white background, in my opinion. Please make it background color an option in the settings. Thank you.
