Substack is still using a deleted relay email, kukalOakn@mozmail.com to send me bills for a Karen Kingston newsletter subscription that has been unsubscribed over 2 years ago. Can this connected to my email, sjfeaster@proton.me be finally ended?

Hello, My Firefox browser seems to be hanging up and not opening websites. This has never happened in my entire time with Firefox. It just began this week. I use it for the security that it always provides. Its ran fine until this week when the warnings came out about issues with Google. Is there a patch or any suggestions for a remedy? Thank you for such an awesome, secure browser!

PLEASE tell me how to permanently stop auto-play on Rumble and YouTube. When I stop them in those apps they just soon turn themselves on again and it really pisses me off. Thank you.

I get Microsoft authenticator on Thunderbird windows needed ... 14 days left (Microsoft 365 email address)

All worked fine until a few days ago.. getting it on two email accounts.

Clicking on install MS Authenticator, it only shows instructions to add that app on a phone....

I was playing the game and unity base advertisement comes up telling me to request my data from them and something else. But could you please check this out I'm going to try and pull it back up. It say unity ad,s and then it say about my privacy.

Where can I find the "text tool" that I need in order to fill in a PDF form?

The new update invites me to try this feature but when I do, I can't see a text tool anywhere.

i can't load certain sites on firefox, it just gives me a blank white screen. there's no error displayed or anything. some sites load fine (gmail, social media, youtube, etc work normal), but some sites i visit give me a blank screen. they load fine in other browsers and even on firefox mobile, just not on firefox desktop.

i've tried deleting the cache for firefox too, but that didn't fix it either. anyone knows what the problem might be?

the box "ask to save passwords" under "passwords" under "privacy and security" keeps coming unchecked. What do I do to keep the box checked permanently...or at least until I decide to uncheck it?

Somehow my email is being distributed to all kinds of spam operations and I get at least one new Junk sender every day. I have tried hitting the Junk button for all such emails. I have tried filtering the senders off to Junk, with variations--eg, even after marking as Junk email from "enzo@newsletter.spartoo.com" I set up a filter so all "spartoo.com" goes off to Junk. And I edited the filters to make sure they weren't conflicting with each other. But nothing works and I feel like I'm in Junk Hell without any support from Thunderbird. Halp!

I was issued a new certificate in January, 08th, 2025, and Thunderbird seems to not recognize it as being valid. I´ve double checked all CA´s chain, they are all installed in the computer. When I examine my personnal certificate, the only difference from other certificate that I have installed in the same machine (that is readly accepted and recognized by Thunderbird) is that I see this information in the first level (sorry, in Portuguese-BR):

I understand this may be some additional information that is present in the certificate, and that is leading Thunderbird to believe my certificate is not valid, as the certificate itself posts that it´s not a CA. Of course it would not be, it was issued by a chain of CA, that is completely valid. Any thoughts?

We are using Mozilla's URL (https://firefox.settings.services.mozilla.com/v1/buckets/blocklists/collections/certificates/records) to fetch the OneCRL.json that contain the list of CRL data. This URL was working fine till recently (last month) and we see this URL is returning 404 error. Attached the screenshot of the error.

Need some help on this. Is this a temporary issue OR Can we use different Mozilla URL to get the OneCRL.json data ?

Appreciate any assistance on this.
