I have always used Firefox to access my account with Spectrum.net, until the past few days, when my login has been rejected, repeatedly. Talking to a Spectrum tech rep, she told me to try to log in using Chrome. I tried it, and had no trouble changing my password and then logging in to my account. The tech rep concluded that the problem therefore lies with Firefox. Does Firefox need to be re-set somehow? Thanks! Hollis Barber

Starting about 2-3 weeks ago, I couldn't access one webpage in where I access an account where I pay some bills on. It keeps saying 'Internal Error', saying to call the website's tech support. This website works on other browsers, just not Firefox it seems.
I have set my settings to 'no proxy', and have cleared all of my history. I don't know what else to do to get access to the website back. I am also not a coder, and this is my only laptop, so I am looking at solutions that are easy to understand and won't break my computer to where I would need outside help.

I read that "Once a message is marked as junk, it will disappear from the main inbox view and be relocated to the specified junk folder." However, that does not happen. Once I mark a message as spam, it just has a red mark next to it and I have to go to Tools and have it "delete mail marked as spam from folder".

I've searched & waited past few years for an Extension to make the TOOLBAR FONTS larger, none found. Reason being many of us are using larger monitors and TV's and we're usually sitting or standing further away from the screen. Problem is the font size cannot be changed, they stay small and hard to read comfortably. __YES I've reset my operating systems font size, that does not work in Firefox TOOLBARS. __Changing the "firefox/addon/theme-font-size-changer" has been eliminated by Firefox. __Changing the "layout.css.devPixelsPerPx" to a larger number increases the whole TOOLBAR. I just want the FONT size larger. __(someone suggested) NO, I'm not going to setup 2 monitors.

So I was in a situation where a government process included 'check your email' and I had only my cellphone with me. So I started downloading: 25 more, 25 more, 25 more ... and a hundred presses latter it's still not finished. Is there some way to reset that? I'm back with my computer and my email seem fine, but the cellphone remains stuck.

After a Windows update, Mozilla my browser times out and won't load: "http://www.dailygammon.com/bg/login" It has been one of my bookmarks for years, I play Backgammon there every day. I have cleared my browser history and cache, it is still not loading. I tried with Edge and it loaded no problem. How do I fix this? Mozilla is my default browser.

There is a problem, while watching YouTube over Firefox in browser incoming clock alarm stoping video but gives no sound and a brief wibration at start then totally silence and no wibration(mobile/desktop even with all add ons disable). This issue does not occurred in another application like AIMP or MX Player. Have checked additional thing like another wideo site(xvideos) and there everything works as it should. So it is seems to be problem with YouTube Phone is S23U.

Fonts in the digital issues of the LA Times are changed. They appear as serif initially, but quickly change to a sans serif which appears to big for the space. The headlines are squeezed together and touching. Body copy is affected also. How to keep the fonts as they first come in?
