I have had three bad experiences with Firefox. They center around security pages on banking pages and other websites that require login. 1) Pinterest asks "can we confirm your email address" I say yes, and it never sends me a message to my email. Maybe there is another are of the UI that that page is not displaying for me. 2) A+ Federal credit union in Texas has a drop down to select the year's bank statements you want to see, I select the year and the list of statements does not appear below. When I go to Edge I can see the list. 3) I can't remember the other one just now.
QUESTION: how do I communicate to your team about the problem on the bank's webpage if you can't access it to see what the HTML is doing? Rick.
