I have had three bad experiences with Firefox. They center around security pages on banking pages and other websites that require login. 1) Pinterest asks "can we confirm your email address" I say yes, and it never sends me a message to my email. Maybe there is another are of the UI that that page is not displaying for me. 2) A+ Federal credit union in Texas has a drop down to select the year's bank statements you want to see, I select the year and the list of statements does not appear below. When I go to Edge I can see the list. 3) I can't remember the other one just now.

QUESTION: how do I communicate to your team about the problem on the bank's webpage if you can't access it to see what the HTML is doing? Rick.

very frustrated, and pissed at how programmers always screw things up that are working just fine by upgrading crap. Now, I have suddenly had all of my addons quit working, was forced to update my firefox. Nothing changed, and it still shows that I am using version 105, instead of the all-new, better and fancier, singing and dancing crap that is being forced upon me.

Hello Idm is not working with Mozilla Firefox It is perhaps due to update By the way I often use Google chrome, though Firefox is my default browser and I made search engine Google, because other search engine options do not support me in Google books It is also another thing I noticed in chrome : [ your setting is managed by your organization] - this is of course is unusual feature and maybe a malicious thread infected Google policy which I lately solved. Please put Thunderbird back the way it was. I have several different email accounts in Thunderbird, I'm obviously logged into Google on one of those accounts, but for a while now TB constantly asks me to "Login to Google" - when I already am. i.e. It's asking me again and again, to login to one of the OTHER email/google accounts - and I don't want to, because I bet the moment I do, TB will popup the window again, wanting me to login to previous one. And so round and round we go.

Also the popup is poorly designed, because not all of it fits on the screen. i.e. It's oversized, so you can't see the top or bottom "bar" and there's no way I can see to adjust it. I detest this pointless popup, constantly appearing, having to first click on the white space, and then hit the ESC key to get rid of it (until next time). Why would you do this? We've always been able to have multiple email/gmail accounts, all with different login details, and all the email accounts still seem to be receiving email okay... so why add this annoying popup? Please remove it.

When I send an article using the blue plus button and choose gmail my display name is my wife's rather than my own. This doesn't happen if I use Chrome. Since I prefer Firefox I would like to know how to fix this.

Hello, Any help would be tremendously appreciated! Can someone please tell me very briefly the steps to switch from the FF 128.8 ESR version to the latest supported regular version, which I believe is FF 136. From my research, it appears that you can download the regular version and go to about:profiles to switch your profile back to your original one used w the ESR version. Please list the very simple steps (1,2,3 etc) to switch from ESR to regular version for a non techie.

My background, I have an older MacBook Pro mid 2015, which had 10.11 installed (El Capitan) and recently took the plunge & updated to Mac OS Monterey (12.7.6), which was the highest allowed for this older MacBook. The new OS is awesome & fixed so many websites that were no longer working.

Firefox automatically moved me to the ESR version at some point with my older Mac 10.11 OS. I believe my latest supported version was 78.15 ESR. When I recently updated my MacBook OS to Monterey 12.7.6, Firefox updated automatically to 128.8 ESR.

Now, many websites recently seem to be broken (gmail, yahoo calendar, duckduckgo, & others), so moving from ESR to the most recent regular version seems like the best solution (I believe FF 136 is highest supported by Mac OS 12.7.6). Please list the very simple switch steps or point me to an article. Thanks very very much.

I can no longer move emails to the folder of my choice. If I drag and drop an email into a folder it never goes there, sometimes it does nothing, sometimes the email disappears like it moved but it never ends up in the folder I drop it into, I search all the folders I have created and the email I moved is GONE! I look in the "Trash" bins I can find and the email is GONE!

Version 128.8.0esr (64-bit) I tried too update the version that is an exercise in confusion.

Side note, the only way to copy and paste the version number is using the keyboard, if you highlight the text in ABOUT, right click it does nothing! No popup window giving you the option to copy. First time in 30 years I have seen this problem.

Hi a few well known sites annoyingly load booking.com in a new tab on my firebox browser. I cant stand this it is intrusive. How to I stop firefox from doing this - I have block pops setting enabled but does not help.

Offending sites to name but a few are ryanair, thetrainline, and a few others. Is there a way to stop this without stopping other legitimate needed new tabs such as with Gmail login

I am having issues with Thunderbird accessing emails from Comcast.net. This issue started over the past weekend. Nothing has changed with our Comcast setup or our Thunderbird setup. Please advise.

I have Firefox version 136.0.2. I think it was quite recently updated. The right click menu is broken. The choice list is much longer, and the choices "open link in new tab" and "copy link" (ones I tried) do not work. This only started happening this morning. Right click works fine in Chrome. Ever since updating Firefox to the most recent version my pause/play button does not work with tabs open. (like youtube, spotify(browser) etc.)

I tested for mechanical issues, but those do not seem to be the issue, as the key itself work perfectly fine. Different apps (like netflix, and spotify(desktop)) do not have this issue.

If you require any additional information in regards to this inquiry don't hesitate to ask.
