When I am opening a link in outlook to something on the web it will not open it in Firefox but if I change my browser to safari it will open it up . This used to work but now it doesn’t. Why?

I have successfully switched from chrome to firefox, installed all my extensions and transferred the bookmarks. However, I noticed that credit card details to not autofill when I try to purchase something which is a dealbreaker for me. After some research, I learnt that this feature is somehow limited to some countries (US, Canada,...). While I was able to update this by ading my country to the list in the Desktop all (following https://superuser.com/questions/1694712/how-do-i-enable-credit-card-autofill-feature-outside-u-s-and-canada), I am unable to access the same setting in the mobile app.

Could someone advise how to enable credit card autofill in the iOS app? For clarity, this works in the Desktop app so the details are there. It also works in chrome on iOS so I don't really understand why chrome can do it but Firefox mobile can't...

How do I turn on auto fill of I’d and passwords on my websites. I no longer get window to ask about saving new websites and passwords either. I have version 124.2 on my iPad

Every time I go to Facebook it asks me login. Sometimes if I refresh the page a few times it’ll suddenly remember I’m already logged in. That’s the only page with the issue and no other browsers have it.

I have iOS 17 installed on my iPhone, Firefox as default browser and DuckDuckgo as search engine. However, when I select a text and in the context menu I choose "search in internet", it does the DuckDuckGo search in Safari. How can I change it?

App links suddenly stopped working. Links for YouTube or Reddit no longer open the app. When a site does offer to open an app, it just brings me to the App Store instead of opening the app that’s already installed. How can I fix this?

Firefox for ios has always auto filled my saved passwords. A few days ago, it stopped. I haven’t changed any settings. I updated the app and checked that the settings were the same. Still no autofill. Help!

With version 124 of Firefox, the ‘Dark Mode’ theme no longer works. Whether I set the theme to “Use System Light/Dark Mode” or if I manually set the theme to dark, it still always shows ‘light’ mode. FYI, my iPad settings are set to ‘Dark’ mode.

I prefer to read white text on a black background - much easier on the eyes! In earlier releases of Firefox, I was able to enjoy reading stories. Now I must set my iPad (manually whenever I want to use Firefox to read) to ‘Smart Invert’ (which will switch the Firefox window to dark mode), then turn off ‘Smart Invert’ to do anything else on my iPad.

Just a few days ago, firefox on my iPad started bringing up a blank (about) page when I click on links from other sites. Some sites work as usual but others do not. I’m assuming the problem is with Firefox because I tried chrome and it seem to work OK. But I like Firefox. Any suggestions?.

Since updating Firefox to 123.0 several features are no longer working on my Apple iPhone using iOS 16.7.7 The recent update to 124.0 has NOT corrected the issue...

The most troublesome is; getting links in email to open in the browser, Firefox is my default browser.

Links continue to function if I use Safari, DuckDuckGo or Edge... I have selected Safari, as my default browser in the interim and I don't like it, so HELP !!!

I receive links from a few sources (i.e. Wall Street Journal) that have lists of link’s to articles both on their webpage and their App.

If I have Safari as the default browser the link directs me to the app, where the full article is available. If I have Firefox as the default browser (which I prefer) it directs me to the web version, which is incomplete, as it requires a more expensive subscription to access the full content.

Why can’t Firefox link directly to the App if present on the device?
