i downloaded video of 623mb on firefox download manager but it is not showing up in any folder

Open the Download Manager and choose 'Open containing folder'.

Have you set a download directory from Options > General?

Is the file in the location where you saved it if you right-click that entry in the Downloads Manager and click Open Containing Folder?

If not then your anti-virus software may have removed the file.

Do you see the file in the Downloads Manager (Show All Download; Downloads folder in the Library)?
