If this is your first time setting up, you will need to create an account on the pc. Just go to your firefox browser on your PC. Press Atl+T. Click on Options. Click on the Sync tab.

Create an account and then click on add device. Now you will get the code which you need to input into the Firefox app on your other device. Once you add a device successfully , you will get an option to add another device.

Let me know if this helps.

Thank you so much for taking your time to help me. I created an account. I downloaded the firefox mercury app to my iphone. However, on both I can't find anything further. pressing sync button doesn't even prompt a message to do anything. Where do I click to say add device as I don't see it anywhere? When i google answers, it says to type in about:home and shows a sync at the bottom of the screen, this has not happened for me either. If there is a way to send you a screen shot, I can send it to you.

Thanks again!

Firefox had an app called Firefox Home for iOS, which has since been discontinued. So you can not sync your iPhone bookmarks with FF using the above method. Download and install the icloud control panel 3.0 for windows and it will give you options to export your bookmarks from safari into Firefox (assuming you have icloud backups enabled).

However, the pc's and the laptop can be synced. If you have already set up your account on the pc, just go to your laptop, open the sync tab under Tools->Options and sign in with the same account.
