My incoming mail is suddenly not being formatted; only text is displayed. What to do?

Mail including a line such as 'click here to display message in browser' does the right thing when clicked, but not on arrival. Of course, not all incoming messages contain such a line. I suppose I did something which caused this, but reloading TB 24.3.0 didn't make any difference, and nothing I saw in the gigantic, mysterious Config list gave any hint that I recognized. I did recently "clean up" some old files in a Temp directory, maybe too thoroughly...

A quick response, resulting in a quick solution! Still have no idea how the setting was changed, but no doubt I was the culprit. Thanks much indeed!
