Aright, lots of problems here. So, first off, Freespire was discontinued 6 years ago, meaning that it is not a good distribution to use anymore. Consider switching to ubuntu, what Freespire was based off of. It's at least modern, faster, and secure (which Freespire isn't anymore).
Since you are using such an old version of linux you are using ancient versions of Firefox, Flash, and other software versions. you need to upgrade your OS before you can do modern web things like watch Youtube.
Ubuntu comes with Firefox, though you should use the software updater to update it (from version 24 to 27).
After that, you need to install Flash on Linux too.
- Use the sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer command in a terminal to install flash, make sure during this process you have NO browsers open.
If you prefer KDE (what Freespire used), you may be more interested in Kubuntu.
To install Firefox on Kubuntu, use sudo apt-get update then sudo apt-get install firefox.
Then use the sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer command to install Flash.
Or if you prefer a light desktop environment then look into Xubuntu or any recent Linux distro that supports Xfce like openSUSE.
