Hi:

Please understand that Firefox is NOT available for iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), Windows Phone, Windows RT, Bada, Symbian, Blackberry OS, webOS or other operating systems for mobile:

Please see Will Firefox Work on My Mobile Device for more details.

Thank you.

hello richard, due to apple's restrictive policies it is unfortunately not possible to implement & offer independent third-party browsers for idevices.
mozilla is prohibited to bring the rendering & javascript engine of firefox onto iOS, since apple is only allowing the use of its own webkit in the terms & conditions for developers - as long as this is the case, firefox and its addon ecosystem cannot be ported to iOS devices.

Abdelrahman Khalid Bannora, there is no point developing for iOS when they cannot distribute it due to Apple restrictions as mentioned by philipp thirty minutes before your post.

Mozilla did have a browser experiment for iPad called junior back in 2012 however it did not use the same familiar Gecko and JavaScript engine used by Firefox due to the restrictions and it was never made available to public.

You are right James, we just hope that they could start developing it in the future anyway
