Hi m3964,

Thank you for your message. I understand that you are locked out of an account. Unfortunately, Mozilla does not provide an email service. However, there is an email client that we support. In order to better investigate your issue please verify the following:

  • What are you using to send the attachment?
  • What times out?
  • Please also ask your email provider what the limit on the attachments are, or you can try Dropbox or Drive and send a link to the document instead.

I hope this helps, I am looking forward to your reply.
