How do I close Firefox temporarily to update adobe flash player?

Posted

I have been informed that the" adobe flash player" has been giving people problems with their computers. Therefore it was strongly suggested to me to update the player on the website: get.adobe.com\flashplayer When I went up to that website, and went to install the adobe update - it asks me to close the Mozilla Firefox program. I do not want to lose my Mozilla Firefox, so could you please let me know how I can close it and then install the adobe update, and then reopen Firefox. Thank you in advance for your information, as I am not hugely computer literate. Regards to you, Sandralee
