Hi!

Have you tried clearing the data from the browser? Also, could you provide the link you are trying to navigate to so we can see if we can reproduce?

Thanks!

It could be trouble with the web site or page.

Clear the Cache Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

and

Remove Cookies Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode.

Thanks for the link. It seems that there is somthing heavy on the website. I did not get a chance to access on my laptop yet, but I tried on my tablet and my browser crashed. I can reproduce the issue you are having on my device. However to better assist you, I will need the following information:

  • What is the model of your phone? (ZTE Open, LG Fireweb or Alcatel OneTouch Fire)
  • What is the OS version found in the Device Information page? Please visit this link if you need help finding the Build ID of your phone.
  • How often do you encounter this issue?

I don't know if this matters, but the page itself is very long with lots of pictures. Big pictures.

FredMcD is correct. There are well over 15 hi-res pictures on that site. When loading it hung Firefox. I tried it again a second time and it loaded normally.

Geekbackpacker: As instructed by Andrew, can you give us this information?

Hi geebackpacker, Your connection looks good from the picture you gave. I made a bug for this issue: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=970735

  1. Does the load time change as you move? Is this a connection issue?
  2. The page is 31*2MB per picture which is small, are there any other web pages that do this?

Thank you, guigs2

P.S. Problem apparently the website not designed for mobile use.
