I was able to connect to Cisco before. Today all of a sudden I get this plugin crash message. I even tired reloading the page but didn't help.

Chosen solution

If you use the Firefox 17.0.11 ESR version (Help > About) then you can update to the current Firefox 24.3.0 ESR release.

Hi Kanthi123, sorry about that unrelated reply.

Have you tried exiting and restarting Firefox since you got this message? It might be that once the plugin crashed, Firefox isn't able to unload it correctly.

The forum software detected your Firefox as version 17. Is that correct?

Version 17 is not secure; Mozilla discloses security flaws after each new release. Is something holding you back from upgrading to Firefox 27? Please let us know so we can suggest solutions or workarounds.

If Help > About Firefox shows Firefox 27.0, you may need to clear the preference that is misreporting your version number. See: How to reset the default user agent on Firefox.

Thank you very much for all your solutions. Yes, I went to Help-->about and then clicked on upgrade my Firefox and it restarted. It fixed my problem.
