Admin was going to change my ID for me (which included an old email). This hasn't been done and request was archived. Please help

my online profile features an old (former) work email which I would like to remove. Requested this before but was informed Mozilla Admin would have to perform for me. However I was asked to be patient as there was a "back-log" of requests. Now, issue has been archived but not resolved. I don't want ANY email featured on my profile onscreen. Can you please assist? Thanks

Hi robert, Take a look at your new profile, I was able to have them take out the email. Request changed ;-)

  1. You need to edit your display name in the profile settings. To do this, Go to the top of the Support.mozilla.org page, hover over your profile name, and go to edit profile.
  2. Change the section that has your screen name.
