Hello,

I'm afraid this is an end user support forum. We are not set up to provide support on developer issues like this. I suggest you start at the Mozilla Developer Network (MDN).

There is Persona specific information here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Persona?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Persona

That page says that the IRC channel for Identity (persona) is #identity. You will find experts on Persona in that channel on IRC.

Forum Note

I have now tagged this as both offtopic and escalate. That is apparently likely to be how posts such as this should be handled.

  • Offtopic to indicate not mainsteam,
  • AND escalate because HelpDesk may be able to get other Mozilla help.

Note tags & topics from the outset as being webmaker related question. AND of course persona is another Mozilla product.
