Backup a ZTE OPEN with FOS 1.1

Hello. I was wondering whether there was a not too complicated way of creating a backup of FOS 1.1 on ZTE Open. I've got what I need to backup Contacts, but I haven't found anything for messages and settings, which means I lost these when I upgraded from 1.0 to 1.1 via SD Card. I'd like to do better for the next upgrade :)

Thank you, but if I understand what's in that link, it gives a way to backup contacts, not the other things like messages or settings.

Already there is some Apps to backup some specific kind of data in marketplace, do a search in utilities session in marketplace:
