Referring to the question 951345 (https://support.mozilla.org/fr/questions/951345) a solution would be to try to recover your old profile if it still exists:

  • You will find your profile folder in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\
  • It is possible that the profiles.ini files was removed and a new default profile created.
   http://kb.mozillazine.org/profiles.ini_file
   http://kb.mozillazine.org/Recovering_a_missing_profile
  • You can also check if you have an Old Firefox Data folder on the desktop in case a reset has occurred.
   https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Recovering+important+data+from+an+old+profile
   http://kb.mozillazine.org/Transferring_data_to_a_new_profile_-_Firefox

The "Application Data" folder in XP/Win2K and the "AppData" folder in Windows Vista and later Windows 7+ versions are hidden folders. Please follow the steps in http://kb.mozillazine.org/Show_hidden_files_and_folders to be able to see it.

Also as a suggestion it is a good practice to regularly backup you profile information as defined in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles to be able to restore it.

Hope it helps.

Note that this thread is not about Firefox on a desktop computer, but about Firefox OS on a mobile device as you can see in the question details.
