When I have Firefox and World of Warcraft running at same time the computer freezes every now and then. Does not happen with any other setup. Have Firefox up to date and am running windows 7 64-bit premium home edition.

Does using Firefox safe mode fix the issue?

If so you can try to disable addons using the method in the Disable or remove Add-ons article.

You also have a user.js file in the profile folder which could of had been created my a malicious program or unwanted program and if you didnt create it, you should delete it

I found two user.js files on my computer. They were both in my Itunes program. I could not find one in the firefox program or any other place on my computer. So do I delete the ones from that program or if not why can't I find the one you are pointing out and how would I delete something I can't find?
