Hello

First of all I wanted rigraziare have finally created the system that I've always dreamed really big thank you.

I have no problem with almost all existing versions of firefox os.

When I insert the sd card in my phone, I only show photos and videos made ​​by the phone itself, I have several different photos and video but unfortunately are not displayed.

This issue affects all versions of firefox 1.0.1 1.1 1.2 1.3 os on zte open.

Unfortunately the only working version and the 1.0 official zte, but how well do you know the phone will not be the best with this release.

I tried to bring all versions of firefox os on my phone unfortunately without result, momentarily use the 1.3.

Hi fabio,

Thanks for using Firefox OS! I'm sorry you are having this problem with photos and videos. We are adding support for new types of files in upcoming versions. Can you tell us what file types are unrecognized and I'll add them to the related bugs.

Thanks for your prompt reply.

The problem occurs with the normal jpeg 3gp mp4 made ​​by an android phone. These files are recognized by the version "1.0" of "FirefoxOS" pre-installed on my "ZTE OPEN", I can open the photos and videos without any problems. Currently I installed the 1.1 and as such these files are not recognized. The problem exists with all versions of "FirefoxOS" except the original of this on my ZTE. I also tried with the 1.2 and 1.3 but the problem is not solved.

I hope you can help me.

Ciao Fabio,

also on my Geeksphone Peak with latest Firefox OS 1.3 some mp4 files did not show up in the video player. The reason was that the resolution was to high. After downscaling the video to the screen size they worked fine. On Linux I did this with the command

$ avconv -i video.mp4 -acodec copy -s 640x360 video_640x360.mp4
