</p><p>Please try scanning your PC with the following anti-virus/malware scanners which work with your existing antivirus software:

<p>I've had particular success with HitManPro. Often standard anti-virus software will not remove these kinds of programs because the user has supposedly "given consent" to the installation of the application. Most likely it is hidden within the installation of another application.
</p><p>As well as running the scans you should try to check through the installed applications on your computer and uninstall any that you think might be related.
