Since I installed Win 8 how do I get the + for new tab to show?
Since I installed Win 8, the + for new tab is no longer at the right of the tab line. How do I get it back? Any help would be appreciated.

Right click the taskbar and hit "Customize" or reset the toolbar layout by deleting a localstore.rdf file.
