This seems to be related to something called iMesh, which includes the add-ons MediaBar and DataMngr.

Could you try Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.

You can start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding the Shift key when double-clicking the program icon. (Note: Firefox must be closed when you do this.)

You should get a small panel with two buttons. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset).

If you check the following screen, do you have MediaBar and/or DataMngr, and can you remove them?

orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Extensions category

If they are not both not removable, you may need to find them on disk and remove them from there. Open the following screen to find the "ID" of each extension.

Help > Troubleshooting Information > Extensions list

Then look in this folder for a folder or archive (e.g., XPI file) with that ID:

32-bit: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\browser\extensions
64-bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\browser\extensions

Any luck?

Another possible resource is iMesh's uninstall page:
