Page Blank https ASP.net form

When I pay my bill each month at ceridian-Benefits.com I experience the following:

1) I log into the ceridian-Benefits.com secure website.

2) I select want I want to pay by placing a check mark by the amount.

3) I click a button that says pay online using a credit card.

4) After clicking the pay online by credit card button which is controlled by Java Script I receive a message that says I am leaving this website.

When the process works right a new window appears with the billmatrix web address in it and I put my credit card information in and click pay where I am given a conformation of my payment.

The billmatrix web address is a https address and the page has a ASP.net form in it and when the page loads my account information is transferred from the ceridian-Benefits.com site to the page that is the billmatrix page. Once my payment information is transferred back to ceridian-Benefits.com from billmatrix it is not stored in away I can access it on line from billmatrix, they just process the credit card information for a fee.

When accessing the site with Internet Explorer or Opera the process works with no problem.

When I access the site with Firefox or Google Chrome the page remains blank but if I click on page information all the information seems to be there.

In the page information is the billmatrix https link and if I click on it the ASP.net form drops down in the page information.

The address never updates to the billmatrix https address all I see is a bunch of code which includes my account information with other information I assume is used in the process.

This obviously is very hard to test without being registered for the service. Do you know whether Ceridian has listed any supported browser information for this aspect of its service?

The forum software detected your Firefox as version 18. Is that correct?

Version 18 is not secure; Mozilla discloses security flaws after each new release. Is something holding you back from upgrading to Firefox 22? Please let us know so we can suggest solutions or workarounds.

If Help > About Firefox shows Firefox 22.0, you may need to clear the preference that is misreporting your version number. See: How to reset the default user agent on Firefox.
