This includes toolbars. Yes I can probably change some settings and get the view back to where it was, but why do I have to?????

Chosen solution

It is in 22.0 version the layout.css.devPixelsPerPx

thanks

hello, firefox 22 is respecting the pixel density you've set on a system level in the windows control panel > appearance settings.

Hello ldb55066, go to about:config, find layout.css.devPixelsPerPx , and change the value (double-click on it) between 0.05 and 1.0 (default value is -1.0), i think you don't have the default value, have you ?

thank you

This particular posting might get you back to the way that was in Firefox 21 and earlier.

In about:config = layout.css.devPixelsPerPx
The default setting is -1.0 = change it to 1.0 =without the minus, to revert to the former method of handling DPI.

damn, too slow with my response

I went back to version 21. I do have a larger DPI already set in Windows scaling so I am sure this is what happened. I did not see the layout.css.devPixelsPerPx in the about:config listing for version 21. Is it in version 22 or do I have to add it to the list?

Thanks for all of the replies

Set the css setting from -1.0 to 1.0 and all is well now.

Now that I have installed version 22.0.0 and have made the adjustment to About:comfig, my only complaint is that pop up menus are quite small now. Is there a line to userchrome that I could add that would make menus like the downloaded file options and the close tabs options larger?

TThanks
