Stop Firefox from starting on boot - Mac

What is causing Firefox to start every time I reboot my mac. I checked and Firefox is NOT in the login items for my user id, and Open At Login is NOT checked in the dock icon.

Did you try to remove the mentioned plist file(s)?

And just which plist file is that. The thread has over 9 pages of replies with all kinds of "remove this plist"

Would this have anything to do with why it would try and autostart?
