According to their support page, Firefox is supported: WebBroker Supported Browsers.

Are you using the site in a "private" window? It's possible that the site pops up separate windows and needs for the various windows to be able to share data, which might not work with private windows.

Do you have any add-ons that might change how the site's windows work, for example, blocking pop-up windows or new tabs, or changing how frames work?

To test how the site works with your extensions disabled, you could try Firefox's Safe Mode. That's a standard diagnostic tool to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode.

You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using

Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

In the dialog, click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset)

Any difference?
