I received message from online prize draws I won a phone is this real?

I had a pop up message that I won a prize. I clicked on it and had to choose between two phones. The window just showed two phones. The site is called online prize I went through all the details filled in my address. There was nothing about paying money. On the last page it stalled and would not finish loading. I found where it said 'contact us' back on the first page. So I tried to send an email to that address: It bounced back. Is this a scam?
