How to import bookmarks from another firefox user browser?

Microsoft does not suggest using the admin profile/user as one`s main internet browsing venue, so I have made another account with limited access for security purposes. The problem is my admin account has all my Firefox bookmarks! So basically I am trying to import bookmarks from Mozilla Firefox to another? Mozilla Firefox browser on my computer! Most of your import help is form a DIFFERENT browser,Chrome, Explorer,ect ,but not from Firefox to Firefox, if you will. Does this make sense?
