(2013) Firefox only prints first page of a webpage
(using Firefox 20.0.1)
I'm a developer, and just want to report this bug.
None of the solutions proposed seems feasible. Reinstall Firefox? Come on?
It's easier to stay stuck with IE, where that works. ( Webkit based browsers and Opera browser have their own issues to print, theader not repeats every page, and alike)

Me lembro de ter ouvido um usuário do Firefox com um problema similar ao seu, e acredito que tenha um bug aberto.
Você poderia experimentar as versões Aurora e Nightly do Firefox?
Essas são versões mais atualizadas, para testes. Se o problema for corrigido nessas versões, a solução provavelmente será implementada em uma futura versão do Firefox.
