it depends on what you need to do. Generally, you can make a direct link for the clipboard on windows (eg. in your Desktop) through linking to the relevant .exe file located on System32 folder (C:\Windows\System32\clipbrd.ece or something like that).
If you need to do it through Firefox, you could easily search for an Add-on that does the job for you: Related Extensions
If you need to do something more complex like using clipboard contents for a web application you should give us more details so as to be able to help you!

The clipboard is on the Firefox menu. You can also just right click to copy and paste on windows in general, which also works in Firefox.
