firefox crashes when I open facebook

I can view other websites.....but whenever I open facebook, firefox crashes....I am using version 20.00 firefox...tried installing flashplayer plugin again...checked windows update, drivers, evrything...but nothing helped...

  1. Enter about:crashes in the address bar (that's where you enter your website URL) and press Enter. You should now see a list of submitted crash reports.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent crash ID's that you see in the crash report window and paste them into your response here.

hmm. One of those replies that didn't get submitted.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have this format:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.

  • You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open this page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".

You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:

  • disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
  • disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

These are latest crash reports so far..

And I do not use real player browser record plugin extension...

and in my plugins there is shockwave flash (v 11.7.700.169) and shockwave for director (v 12.0.2.122)

Sorry I am unable to find the flash plugin...

but its installed in my laptop....version is 11.7.700.169 as I can see in my program list and also on adobe website.
