My current Firefox version is 20.0.1. However, when I go to the Firefox addon website, it says that the version I'm using is Firefox 13, Can anyone help me ?
I always update to the latest Firefox version. When I want to install some addons, it says "not compatible with Firefox 13" but I'm using Firefox 20.0.1

hello austin.z, you've installed the masking agent extension which is overwriting your user agent with version 13 of firefox. go to firefox/tools > addons > extensions and remove this extension. in case the same issue is still present afterwards reset your user-agent like it's described in How to reset the default user agent on Firefox.

You need to reset the general.useragent.override pref to the default on the about:config page via the right-click context menu.
