How do I adjust settings to allow me to print documents directly from the internet, i.e., emails?

I am unable to send documents directly to the printer from the internet. I must either download or switch to a different browser. Message advises that "Communication not available. Printer cannot communicate with the computer."

Reinstall the printer drivers.
