How do I recover Lost Samfind data at Samfind.com

Samfind Desktop data upon start up was lost. Going to Samfind.com the data appears there. How do I recover Are files still in their respective folders or do I have to resort I'm also a recent smartphone user using Firefox mobile. Could an automatic synching have occurred overwriting one over the other. I do not need to automatically link desktop to mobile
