I am unable to down load and install Firefox. I did have it and worked fine. But had problems with update from 17 to 19, so I uninstalled it. Now I can not reinstall. I disabled Anti-Virus and Fire Wall, also tried in Safe Mode. But I still can not install Firefox. Only 8-9meg downloads, not the whole file. My OS is Windows Vista 64bit. Can you help? I have also tried to Run as Administrator, with same results. I have IE9 but it is running to slow, and I need something faster.
