Apparently this is a well known problem and is discussed in many places on the web but after hours of searches, I have no actual solutions to this problem. Is this just something Firefox users have to put up with as an automatic and continuous problem? I don't get it. The time and date on my computer are correct, IE works fine, I deleted my cert8.db file, I tried to import the Verisign Certificate Authority from IE to Firefox but Firefox says it is already there and won't import it. So if Firefox knows that Verisign is an appropriate authorized certificate issuer why does it still refuse to accept certificates authorized by Verisign? Are there ANY Firefox users who have SOLVED this problem (without just creating an exception to ignore the error)?
