I just updated Firefox but the problem is still there. I went back to my site and refreshed and the menu bar is still wrapping. I refreshed Safari on my Mac and it's still fine and I check in Internet Explorer and it loads fine. I don't have Chrome so I don't know. It seems to only be with Firefox

It seems that the problem is with the version of Firefox. I created a new profile called Test and a completely different version of Firefox loaded. I then went to my website and the menu bar issue was fixed. But, I'd like to just use my default profile since it has all my info and logins and cookies and things. Is there a way to check for previously versions of Firefox on my computer and delete them. It seems to be what is happening ... that the old version is loading instead of the updated one.

So this works with Firefox 18.0.2 in a fresh profile? then this is an issue with just your profile, not with Firefox itself.

Yes I guess so. I forgot to mention that I closed out and reopened it using the Default profile and old version of Firefox opened. How can I fix my profile? How does a profile get messed up in the first place?

No (if you read the article it tells you exactly what will be saved). Firefox reset will only make you lose extensions, which are the most likely problem anyway.

I've been going through my plugins and extensions. I've updated Java and deleted old versions. There are some things that I don't get though. I have McAfee security so I have to have the extension, but when I go to plugins and check what I have (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/) it shows several McAfee plugins (McAfee Security Scanner, McAfee Security Site Advisor, Security Center) with an "Unknown Plugin". But the extension is there. I'm diaabling plugins that I don't need or remember why I had them in the first place

If the menu bar wraps then your browser screen may be set too narrow (1024px work for me).

Does it help if you make the Firefox window wider?

Also make sure not to zoom the page and that you allow website fonts.

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

Plugins and extensions are two totally different things.

Plugins are third party pieces of software that live outside of Firefox. These are things like Java and Flash.

Extensions are also third-party, but they live inside Firefox. They include things like McAfee Siteadvisor, Ad block plus, etc.
