Tento incluir uma conta no Sync para sincronizar com um smartphone Android. Entro em Configurar Sync, na aba inicial do Firefox do desktop, e quando vou preencher os dados, ele não aceita nenhum e-mail que coloco e os botões abaixo ficam em branco. Se preencho todos os campos (mesmo com a mensagem de e-mail inválido), e dou OK, a janela trava. Fiz uma tentativa que parecia estar dando certo. Desinstalei o Firefox do desktop e fiz backup das configurações e dados. Instalei o firefox novamente e tentei. Nesse momento, deu certo, consegui incluir uma conta e inclusive sincronizar com o smartphone. No entanto, depois que recuperei os dados de backup da configuração do Firefox do desktop , a conta do Sync não apareceu mais, é como se não tivesse cadastrado nenhuma. Além disso, voltaram os defeitos iniciais (não aceitar e-mail, botões apados, travamento da janela). Fiz outra tentativa,d esativando todos os complementos e reiniciando o Firefox, mas não adiantou. No Firefox do smartphone, aparece a conta que havia incluído, mas não completa a sincronização.

It sounds like there may have been a problem with the creation of your account. Please visit the account-management site at:
Try to log in with the email address and password you set during the failed account creation.
If that doesn't work, try using the "forgot password" link to reset your account password.
Let us know the results of trying this, and I can suggest what to do next.
I changed my password, I tried to access my account in the Firefox, but nothing changed. The tab sync of "Options" of the Firefox is loked too. The both buttons dont't work.
Try to create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
