firefox 18 google docs problem

After Firefox upgraded to version 18, viewing a document from gmail results in a very large display that cannot show the entire document on the screen. This did not happen in previous versions of Firefox. I'm using Windows 8, and this does not occur on another computer I have that has Windows 7.

I also have Google Chrome browser and this problem does not occur on it.

You should try the Reset Firefox feature. It restores Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Though, it will not keep your extensions, openwebsites and some preferences. To Reset Firefox:

  • click the Firefox button, go over to the Help sub-menu and select Troubleshooting Information
  • Click the Reset Firefox button in the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.
  • To continue, click Reset Firefox in the confirmation window that opens.
  • Firefox will close and be reset
