This dialog allows Microsoft employees to give confidential feedback on adult content found in Bing Images.

Thanks, but this failed to correct the issue.
Note, I have contacted Microsoft and I have submitted this issue to their research team as a possible defect in the bing.com site.
Additionally, this issue began not long after I ran a couple on utilities to clean up system temp files and other garbage. These tools also identified bad entries in the Windows registry errors and I was prompted with an option to let these tools clean up the offending entries. Not thinking, I clicked yes and I have wondered if Bing.com dependencies in the registry may have been corrupted as a result. I guess this may be possible ... but, I give it a low probability as Bing.com searches work as expected when using Internet explorer.
