I have lost my original device and unable to source a recovery key, my iphone is still logged in but you are unable to generate a key from this. I am trying to setup a new device (desktop) and have forgotten my password and when I click to reset password (after entering my email address) it says an email has been sent and I have not received anything (I have been trying this for a week).

Can anyone help? Cheers :)
