my main computer synced to android fine. I then added my laptop and my main computer synced to the laptop, losing all main computer data - why?

Surely this sync is the wrong way round, so why/how did that happen? I have other lap tops to add, but I want them to sync to my main computer, NOT the other way round! I now need to restore my tabs from my Samsung Galaxy note 2. How can I do this? Thanks, Gary

Did you delete the files and folder after sync?
