Audio plays on wrong soundcard on some HTML5 videos

I have 3 sound cards on my system and i have selected one of them as the default one. Any app works with that sound card, but Firefox when playing some HTML5 videos uses another one.

If i disable that wrong sound card, the audio is played on the other non-default one. If i also disable this, then no audio is played at all. Other apps like iTunes, Media Player and games work fine. Videos played using Flash plug-in are fine too.

But videos in this page are played correctly (webm and ogg/theora of course): http://www.quirksmode.org/html5/tests/video.html

I also tried to disable AdBlock Plus and the issue still happens.

My system specs: Windows 8 Pro RTM 64bit FireFox 18.0
