How do I remove a Firefox sync account?

Firefox 17.0.1 I find no ability to remove a sync account. System requires that I "setup a sync account", a sync account using my email address already exists but I cannot get to it to sync a previously synced iPhone via "Bookmarks". I therefore wish to remove the existing "sync account" and start over.

Cor-el, Thank you for understanding my issue and providing the solution. As you indicated, the "account.services.mozilla.com/" URL provided the option to remove the SYNC Account in question. Much appreciated!

Click the "Sync Options" button at the bottom of the Options > Sync window to select what to sync.
