I need to be able to highlight text in documents I download,how do I do that?

Download and read many documents. 

read documents that are not online, always use a high-lighter

often high-lite  entire page. 

stay focused on exactly what is being said, confirms that I have read the document.

know where  left off(not highlighted)

important points are gone over again w/lite orange high lither

need to be able to high lite text from downloaded documents
