Inbox .com was downloded from internet because it offered maps. It is now default browser, that is, is first browser to appear on screen and "sits" on Firefox.

Have looked at "add-ons" and In Programs, via Control Panel- Inbox.com is not in either.

Have run anti virus/malware checker- nothing.

How can I remove Inbox.com? (Using Windows XP/SP3- fully updated)

(Incidentally unable to find Firefox "tools").

Thanks.

Hello Nukebrown77, you have enable the firefox button(the orange button on the top left), so you can not see "tools", if yes, go from Firefox button > Options > check Toolbar menu [v] , to get the toolbar again, then go from Tools > Addons and disable the inbox toolbar (if you have it) and go to Options > General tab and set your home page again.

see http://toolbar.inbox.com/faq.aspx?faqid=2876&faqmod=wst_install#2

also go to about:config type in the bar inbox , and if you find anything inbox (bold) delete it.

thank you
