Hi I was just wondering is it possible to stop my android syncing all my localhost views? if so how and do you have a link please? Thanks for your time.

Not right now, no. We filter out some 'nonsense' URIs (chrome:, imap:, and a few others), but we don't filter by domain. If you remove them from your history, the removal will be synced, if that helps.

Are your localhost views referenced as "localhost" or by loopback IP address?
